Fire spreads to house in Sheboygan County

SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A near disaster for homeowners in Sheboygan County a week before the Christmas holiday. 

A fire that broke out in a garage late Monday night also spread to a home on Highway 67 near Woodchuck Lane in the Town of Plymouth. 

Everyone inside managed to get out safely. The extent of the damage is unclear, but it does not appear the house is a total loss. 

Investigators are still trying to figure out what caused the fire.
