(CBS 58/AP) -- The final episode of "Jeopardy!" hosted by Alex Trebek is airing Friday, January 8.
The episode will conclude with a tribute to the longtime and beloved host.
He worked up until 10 days before he died of pancreatic cancer in November at 80-years-old.
Veteran “Jeopardy!” champion Ken Jennings will take over as guest host starting on Jan. 11. A permanent host has yet to be announced.
The final episode with Trebek airs at 6 p.m. on CBS 58.
