Feud Erupts into Gunfire

Milwaukee Police are investigating a number of incidents that occurred Thursday evening.

According to the Police, a day long feud between two groups of people resulted in gunfire and two people injured Thursday evening.  The shooting happened round 6:30 PM in the 5100 block of N Teutonia when a person from one group opened fire on the other group while driving  by in a car.  A 17-year-old female was struck by the gunfire.   She was transported to a local hospital by the Milwaukee Fire Department where she was treated for a non-life threatening injury. A 16-year-old male received a graze wound from the gunfire.  He was treated on the scene and released.

Around 10:45 PM a 26-year-old man was dropped off at a local hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound.   The Police investigation revealed that the shooting occurred in the area of N 13th and W Brown Streets.  The circumstances surrounding the shooting are under investigation.   The victim is being treated for what is believed to be a non-life threatening gunshot wound.   

The MPD is seeking suspects in each of the shootings.
