WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Wisconsin sports legend visited State Fair Park on Saturday. Brett Favre signed autographs along with his teammates from the Super Bowl XXXI team. It's been many years since Favre visited Milwaukee and the turnout was just as you'd expect, large and spirited in support of #4.
"I have followed him since I started loving football, watching football with my dad. We saw him when he played for the Vikings. When he was a Jet, we drove to see him play as a jet. I love the way he plays. I love the way he plays football, with such excitement and enthusiasm. Just nothing better," said Favre fan Charlene Owens.
All told, more than 30 players from the '96 team and former General Manager Ron Wolf signed autographs Saturday.
