MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- It was an enthusiastic sendoff for the home team. The Bucks invited people to send them off in style as they headed to Brooklyn for Game 7.
"We love them as much as they love us," Xavier Mercado said.
Fans showed their team spirit, wearing jerseys and holding up posters.
"The Bucks are just very personable players, so I'm sure they've been happy to have everybody back at Fiserv," Sarah Myers said.
One by one, the players drove by, greeting the long line of fans. People even rushed to P.J. Tucker's car for autographs.
The players took part in the celebration, taking pictures and videos of the fans who turned out to show their love and support.
CBS 58 met 9-year-old Henry Myers. He says he's Giannis Antetokounmpo's biggest fan.
"He has pictures, he's met several of the players, so he has several balls autographed. He's probably got all the giveaways, the bobbleheads, the hats, he's gotten several pairs of Giannis' shoes," Sarah Myers said.
"The more fans that have gone to the Fiserv forum throughout the playoffs, the better they play, we're undefeated in this playoff," said Jaime Ortiz. Ortiz wore his custom-made Bucks poncho.
There will be a watch party Saturday, June 19 on the plaza outside the Deer District. Fans are hoping the team brings home a win.
