MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Zoo had some visitors of a different kind Thursday, Aug. 13 -- the Johnsonville Famous Racing Sausages.
The team of sausages have been going to surprise locations for their races and recording them.
The zoo says Thursday's race was a win-win for both animal lovers and Brewers fans.
"This is a good reminder for people to come out," said Jennifer Diliberti with the Milwaukee County Zoo. "Elephants are out, we're partially open. Some of the buildings are open at 50 percent capacity. Our new underwater hippo exhibit is open, and if people haven't seen that, I think they're going to be thrilled."
As for the race winner, you'll have to wait to see the race during an upcoming Brewers home game.
