Family Dollar and 7-11 believed to be robbed by same suspect

The Family Dollar store at 1023 S. Cesar E. Chavez Drive was robbed on June 28 at around 7:35 pm.

Milwaukee Police believes the same suspect robbed a 7-11 convenience store, at 3301 N. Oakland Avenue, around 4:00 p.m. that same day.
The suspect walked into the store, pointed an object concealed in his clothing at the clerk, and demanded money. The suspect took the money and fled from the scene.

The clothing and vehicle description for the suspect is the same in this incident as it was the 7-11 incident. He is a black male, 40-45 years-old, 6 feet to 6 feet 4 inches tall, and 240-260 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red baseball hat with a white logo, a black jacket, a white shirt, tan pants, and black shoes. He was driving an early 2000’s, four-door, black, Cadillac DeVille with tinted windows.

Anyone with information is asked to call Milwaukee Police at 414-935-7360.
