MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- As New Year’s resolutions fade, some individuals are turning to yoga as a long-term approach to health and wellness.
Laura Motel and Ed Fugate of Port Washington Yoga joined us Tuesday, Jan. 28 to discuss the physical and mental health benefits of yoga, including its potential to improve workplace leadership, reduce health care costs and assist in addiction recovery.
Port Washington Yoga offers a variety of classes, including Immersive Yoga and other unique events.
A simple yoga pose they say most people can perform was also demonstrated! More details can be found at PortWashingtonYoga.com.
