MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A recent review of the April housing market in the Milwaukee area revealed trends in home sales and affordability, according to reports from the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors.
Noteworthy was the impact of the past year's interest rate increases and the identification of the most affordable local communities.
