Exit ramps to Jackson and Van Buren Streets to reopen

It looks like things will be reopening on the Hoan Bridge making a trip downtown a little bit easier.

By this Saturday morning, the Jackson Street on ramp to Westbound I-794 should be reopened. It was only closed for about a week. But the exit ramp from I-794 Eastbound to Jackson and Van Buren Streets, which has been closed for almost nine months will also reopen. This will make things a lot easier for commuters.

Wisconsin Department of Transportation said work has now moved down to the south end of the Hoan Bridge and the entire project is still on schedule to be finished by the end of the year.
