RACINE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- An inmate who escaped a Racine County correctional facility is facing new charges.
Police say Christine Abel escaped then stole a pickup truck and fled to Green Bay where she was later arrested.
Abel is now charged with escape, burglary, theft, and operating a car without the owner's consent.
