Eighth inning comeback leads Brewers past White Sox

Elian Herrera and Khris Davis homered in the bottom of the eighth inning to rescue a 10-7 win over the White Sox Monday night at Miller Park.

The Brewers lost a 7-2 lead, with Chicago tying the score in the top of the eighth before Milwaukee's rally.

Carlos Gomez homered in the first off Jeff Samardzija, then turned a triple and an Avisail Garcia error into another run.

The Brewers are 5-3 under Craig Counsell, and 8-4 in their last 12 games.
