Dwyer family keeps eye on Zocco, believes he knows what happened to daughter

MILWAUKEE --  \"There was a lot of information in there that we were learning for the first time. A lot of information the police had kept from us,\" Maureen Dwyer said Monday after Kris Zocco's court appearance on child porn charges.

Kelly Dwyer's family believes Kris Zocco knows more than he's letting on.  Police say Zocco was the last person to see Dwyer, who's been missing for several months now.  Zocco was in court Monday morning on unrelated child pornography charges.

The search warrants released last week revealed more details in this case.  It was the first time the Dwyer family had heard about cadaver dogs, a shower curtain, and other items in those documents.

Maureen Dwyer and other family members sat just a few feet from Zocco in court Monday morning.  Zocco's hearing was related to 17 felony counts of child pornography.   The porn was found as investigators searched his home after Dwyer's disappearance.    He's also facing multiple drug charges.  His attorney asked to have the two cases consolidated.  The Dwyer family still believes Zocco knows what happened - they've hired their own private investigator to help with the search.  But the new search warrants keep the Dwyer's focused on Zocco.

\"They have a lot of very strong evidence, incriminating evidence that points to him. The cadaver dogs, the shower curtain, the fact he has a gun at home. All this over and above the pornography charges and the drug charges, just made us realize that he knows, he did something to Kelly and we want him to tell us.\"

Court records indicate Zocco will be back in court February 21.
