Dustin Diamond appeals sentence
Dustin Diamond appealed his jail sentence on June 26.
A order to stay the jail term was waiting approval as of press time.
The court case is set for July 2.
Diamond was sentenced to 15 months of probation and 120 days in jail with work release stemming from a bar fight in Port Washington on Christmas night.
The man didn't realize he was stabbed until after leaving the bar.
His probation requires sobriety. And he was ordered to stay away from victim and stay out of Grand Ave bar.
He was, also, ordered to pay restitution.
