Driver seriously injured after striking street lights, residence near Sherman and Center

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating an accident that seriously injured a man on Tuesday, Dec. 22.

It happened around 3:31 a.m. near Sherman Boulevard and Center Street.

Police say the involved vehicle struck numerous street lights, the side of a nearby residence, rolled over and came to rest upside down, ejecting the 38-year-old driver.

The driver was transported to Froedtert hospital with life-threatening injuries.
