Driver punched three times in the face after road rage incident in St. Francis

ST. FRANCIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A driver was punched three times in the face after a road rage incident in St. Francis.

Police say they got a call from a driver around 6:15 p.m. on October 31 saying that after a road rage incident at Layton and Whitnall, another driver confronted him in the parking lot of Pick 'N Save. The other driver allegedly punched the victim three times in the face.

The driver who was punched in the face told police he did not want to press charges but wanted the other driver warned about his actions. Officers found the driver of the other vehicle at his home. Police say the other driver admitted to scratching the victim's face but said he did so only after the victim called him a name and pushed him.

Both drivers were warned about their actions.
