MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee man is headed for trial for a fatal crash in Wauwatosa.
Marcedes Craigs, 23, appeared at his preliminary hearing on Thursday. He faces three felony counts, including second-degree reckless homicide for the crash that killed retired MPS art teacher Patricia Graham on June 1.
Video released by investigators shows the car Craigs was driving speeding on North Avenue before the crash. Craigs has said he drove off after he was pulled over for a traffic stop.
Craigs pleaded not guilty on Thursday. He is due back in court in July.
