Driver crashes into Aldi store in Greenfield causing major damage

GREENFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A driver crashed into an Aldi grocery store in Greenfield on Monday, July 28, causing significant damage to the building, according to the Greenfield Fire Department.

The crash happened around 11 a.m. at the store near 108th and Cold Spring.

Officials said the driver suffered a medical emergency prior to the crash. No other injuries were reported.

It remains unclear when the store will reopen.
