Double shooting leaves one person dead and another injured

Milwaukee Police are investigating a double shooting that happened Sunday morning.

Officers were called to the area of 60th Street and Carmen Ave around 4:15 AM.

Police said that a 19-year-old woman and a 20-year-old man were shot by suspects inside a passing car.

The woman died at the scene and the man was taken to a local hospital. His injuries are believed to be non life threatening.

Milwaukee Police are seeking a motive for this shooting and searching for suspects.
