Double Fatal Accident Occurs on W. Silver Spring after Pursuit in Butler

A double fatal motor vehicle accident occurred at 10:28PM in the 9600 block of W Silver Spring on Saturday.

The victims were in a 1993 Geo Prizm that fled Butler Police Officers attempting to conduct a traffic stop.

The Butler officers stopped  pursuing the auto shortly after entering the City of Milwaukee, the victims however continued to flee erratically at a high rate of speed westbound on W. Silver Spring.

The driver, a female in her late teens lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a building, she suffered serious injuries and died at the scene despite life saving efforts from Milwaukee Fire Department personnel.

Her passenger a male in his early 20's died later at a local hospital from his injuries.

A loaded semi auto pistol and an amount of narcotics were recovered.
