MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Investigators say a former Milwaukee Police Officer had his family members contact at least one victim connected to his sex crime case.
Dominquie Heggan-Brown is accused of witness intimidation.
He pleaded guilty to soliciting prostitution and obtaining someone's image with consent.
Heaggan-Brown's brother allegedly called the victim to say he would contact him in the future if he showed up to court.
