GRAFTON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Wisconsin Department of Justice says no charges will be filed against an Ozaukee County deputy who shot and killed an armed wanted man back in November.
29-year-old Christopher Sewell of Milwaukee was wanted for several felony warrants when deputies tried to stop his car in Grafton on Nov. 2.
After they popped his tires, deputies say Sewell tried to escape on foot, then showed a gun. That is when the deputy shot him.
There was a gun found on scene. No members of law enforcement were injured.
