DODGE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Dodge County Emergency Responders have had a run on emergency deliveries this year.
Three babies have been delivered in three months with the help of emergency personnel after the parents couldn't get to the hospital in time.
On Wednesday, two of those babies were on hand with their families as Sheriff Dale Schmidt recognized the county employees who helped with the births.
"I guess Dodge County is the place to have babies and our law enforcement, our dispatchers are experts now in assisting in those childbirths so please, if you need us don't be afraid to call 911," said Sheriff Dale Schmidt.
The third baby was not at the ceremony because the child was born just yesterday.
