WALWORTH COUNTY (CBS 58) -- Newly released body camera video shows the intense moments leading up to an officer-involved shooting in Elkhorn.
The Walworth County District Attorney says the shooting was justified.
Sean Dutcher was shot and killed after he led deputies on a chase back in October.
They cornered him but Dutcher didn't go quietly.
Video shows him driving towards officers and a deputy opened fire.
Dutcher crashed his SUV into a nearby business.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
