MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- New apartments are coming to Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point neighborhood.
The Quin Building is a $12 million, 70 unit apartment building set to go up near 2nd and Florida. Developers say they wanted to construct a building that works with the neighborhood by re-creating the area’s cream city brick houses.
The complex will offer one and two bedroom apartments with outdoor facilities, on-site gym, and enclosed parking. The ground floor will feature retail space. The apartments are expected to open next year.
