Delafield Police searching for retail theft suspects who led authorities on short pursuit

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Authorities in Jefferson County are currently searching for retail theft suspects who led police on a short pursuit.
The City of Delafield Police Department was called out to Kohl's Department Store on Golf Road for a report of a retail theft shortly before 2 p.m. on Thursday.
Officers saw the suspects attempting to get into a small rental van in front of the store. One adult female also fled on foot.
A short pursuit occurred which due to driver behavior and traffic conditions, officials confirm.
The suspect's vehicle was last seen merging onto traffic on W/B I-94 from Hwy 83 in Delafield.
Attempts to locate the female suspect were unsuccessful.
The incident remains under investigation.
