Date Set for Wisconsin Presidential Debate

The Democratic National Committee announced that February 11th is the date Wisconsin will host a Democratic presidential debate in 2016. Martha Laning, Chair of the Democratic Party of Wisconsin, released the following statement.

"We are very excited to host a presidential debate here in Wisconsin next year. It will be a tremendous opportunity for voters in Wisconsin to get know the candidates better and showcase our great state on the national stage.

It will be refreshing for Wisconsin to host presidential candidates with a vision on how our country can work together to strengthen the middle class rather than the 'divide and conquer" strategy Wisconsin has become known for under Governor Walker.

I look forward to hearing a great discussion of ideas from all of the Democratic candidates for president next February."
