Dassey Case to Be Argued on Valentine's Day in Chicago

Brendan Dassey case oral arguments will be heard on Valentine’s Day.

The case will be heard in in Chicago in the United States Court Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Oral arguments will be no more than 15 minutes for each side.

Counsel are advised that the panel of judges assigned to oral argument may decide, after reading the briefs, that less time is required for oral argument.
