Milwaukee (CBS 58)--The Kentucky Derby is considered to be the fastest two minutes in sports, but party revelers make it last all day. Expect a lot of Derby parties, including the well-attended one at the Iron Horse Hotel in Milwaukee. Four thousand people showed up last year for all the fun, and attendance could go even higher this year. Expect to step into an authentic atmosphere with a race horse, flower wall, and lots of flowing liquor, including the famous mint juleps. Several DJs and large screen TVs to watch the race only make it more festive. Organizers say those attending look forward to good times, and this is exactly what they'll get.
There's no admission for the "Talk Derby to Me" event. And there are a few VIP tables up for grabs, but reservations are required. Click here to find out all the details about this party.
