WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Officers raced to apprehend a driver who led them on a two-mile chase that ended in a crash.
Wauwatosa police say Devaries Hughes was under the influence when he took off from a traffic stop on July 21.
Hughes refused a breathalyzer test.
This will be his third OWI if convicted.
