Dane County deputy among top 600 fastest Boston Marathon runners

MADISON, Wis. (WISC) -- A newly hired deputy was among the top 600 runners at the Boston Marathon this week, according to a post on the Dane County Sheriff's Office Facebook page.
Alex Gonzalez finished the Boston Marathon in two hours and 50 minutes.
"Let this be a warning to any criminals who may think about trying to outrun him," officials said.
Gonzalez finished as the 571st runner out of 30,000.
