MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 30-year-old Milwaukee man could be facing new charges in connection to an officer-involved shooting on UW-Milwaukee's campus.
According to a criminal complaint, Irie Payne was charged with bail jumping. He was supposed to appear in court on March 18 but never showed up. Two UW-Milwaukee police officers confronted Payne at the school's art building the next day.
After struggle police shot Payne who they say was armed.
