CVS Health to administer COVID-19 vaccines at Wisconsin long-term facilities beginning December 28

WISCONSIN (CBS 58) – CVS Health will begin to administer COVID-19 vaccines at Wisconsin long-term facilities beginning December 28.

According to the company, 1,829 facilities across the state chose CVS Health as their vaccination partner.

Teams will make three visits to each facility to ensure residents and staff receive the initial shot and second dose.

The company estimates the majority of residents and staff will be fully vaccinated three to four weeks after the first visit.

CVS Health plans to complete the long-term facility vaccination effort in 12 weeks.
