OOSTBURG, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Culver's of Oostburg is helping an area family after a deadly crash.
Parents Jay and Nicole Horne were killed in a head-on collision on May 26.
Their two children, Nathan and Allissa, were left without parents, and Allissa is still in the hospital receiving treatment for injuries she sustained in the crash.
Culver's, a Wisconsin staple, called on support from the community to help the family during this difficult time.
"They were frequent guests of ours, so it kind of hits home, and Oostburg is a good local community," said Devin Barutha, Culver's of Oostburg owner. "Culver's cares, and we just try to do our best to help out."
The fundraiser ran until 10 p.m. Monday, with 50% of sales going to support the Horne family.
For those who were unable to make it to the fundraiser, we have a link to the GoFundMe created in support of the family.
