CUDAHY, Wis. (CBS 58) – A 50-year-old man was arrested for OWI after crashing into a pole in Cudahy early Friday morning, September 27.
According to the Cudahy Police Department, the man was driving a Chevy truck around 1:30 a.m., when he struck a pole near Packard and Kimberly Avenues. The vehicle rolled over on its side and power was knocked out.
The Cudahy Fire Department says the man suffered minor lacerations to the head; he was able to climb out of the vehicle on his own.
Police say the man was taken to Froedtert Hospital for treatment of his injuries. He faces a charge of operating while intoxicated.
