Found safe: 16-year-old last seen near 15th and Congress located

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police report 16-year-old Shalanda Lock has been found safe.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are asking the public to keep an eye out for a critically missing teen.
Shalanda Lock was last seen near N. 15th St. and W. Congress St. around 9 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2021.
Lock is described as 5'03", 115 pounds with a black straight long hair wig. She was last seen wearing a cropped jean jacket, white t-shirt, and gray leggings.
