Storms cause damage to trees and power lines in Waukesha County
(CBS 58) – While many people are hesitant to go back to the gym, the creator of a unique exercise that doesn’t require any equipment is encouraging people to try, ‘Animal Flow’.
Mike Fitch created the concept which is a ground-based, body weight workout designed to improve strength, power and flexibility.
