MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- One unique, fresh recipe to prepare for the table as spring kicks into full swing is Mascarpone Asparagus Tarts.
Roseanne Crave of Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese to showcase how the tarts are made, featuring their award-winning Mascarpone cheese.
The Waterloo-based family business is also noteworthy for its environmentally friendly practices. Their manure digester converts methane gas from their 2,000-cattle herd into sustainable energy, powering the farm, cheese factory and over 300 local houses.
