Crash near 60th and Capitol caused collision with bus shelter
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a crash that occurred on Friday, Dec. 29.
The crash happened around 7:36 a.m., near Capitol and 60th. According to police, the first vehicle was making a left turn when it collided with a second vehicle, which was traveling straight and speeding.
The impact of the collision caused the second vehicle to collide with a third vehicle, along with a bus shelter, a traffic signal, and a tree.
The driver of the second vehicle was an 18-year-old. The 18-year-old was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-fatal injuries.
The occupants of the third vehicle sustained minor injuries and did not request medical attention to the scene, according to police.
No other injuries were reported.
