Updated: Saturday, December 2nd 5:10pm:
Besides a little drizzle lakeside, dry and cloudy conditions will persist through the evening hours. The rain and snow that moves in overnight is just now reaching SE Iowa.
Just like on Friday, plan on mainly rain lakeside with wet snow inland. The brunt of the precipitation falls between 2am and 8am, tapering off around midday.
Around a half inch to an inch of accumulation is expected well inland.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--This is the time of year when either we're dealing with major winter storms or just weak areas of low pressure riding through the atmosphere. We're dealing with the latter into the first of this upcoming week. It looks like a few chances of light wintry mix, mainly the first part of Sunday and Tuesday respectively. We're not talking about anything significant with accumulation at all. Just perhaps a slight accumulation, mainly on grassy surfaces. An inch or so. Lakeside areas and near the metro will be mainly rain.
Highs this coming week will be mainly in the 40s with lows in the 30s. It looks like a chilly rain into the following week as we get deeper into December.
