Country rising star Nora Collins eager to perform in her hometown -- at Summerfest

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Country rising star Nora Collins is back in her hometown of Milwaukee and ready to rock Summerfest Friday night, Sept. 17. After more than  a year without live performances and no Summerfest last year, she's itching to perform live again.
