Cooler weather arrives by the end of the week

This weekend was nearly PERFECT with temperatures in the middle 70s Saturday and low 80s Sunday. A light wind made the warmer times a little more bearable and sunshine shone all day long.

If you want more warm and sunny days then look no further than Monday and Tuesday. The gorgeous weather from the weekend will continue for at least a few more days. By Wednesday temperatures start to cool back into the 70s and by the end of the week it gets even cooler.

After some rain chances Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, temperatures will cool down in a big way on northwest winds for the start of the weekend. Right now lower 70s look likely, but some weather models have parts of southeast Wisconsin staying in the 60s!

In the photo at the top, the Climate Prediction Center gives southern Wisconsin a 50% chance for below-average temperatures for the end of the week into the beginning of next week.

The Ready Weather 10-day does show some signs of warmth returning with another 80° arriving by Tuesday of next week.
