Cooler Air to Make a Return

We have enjoyed a pretty long stretch of nice and mild weather. Saturday marks the 8th day in a row when temperatures have been above 45º and therefore above average. We look to add at least two days to this stretch, and maybe more. Days 3-5 on the 10-day forecast currently have high temperatures right around 45º.

By the end of the work week high temperatures will cool into the lower 40s and the upper 30s look likely for the beginning of next week, officially ending this stretch of nice weather. The 8-14 day outlook sent out by the Climate Prediction Center of the National Weather Service agrees with this assessment showing temperatures slightly below-average during that time period. 14 days would take us to the end of March so it definitely looks like the end of the month could be cooler than the start of March.
