Cool for the start of summer then more heat, humidity with storm chances

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--It never fails.  We start summer, and temperatures drop.  Only near 70 today. Should be close to 80.  Northwest winds will make it feel cooler.  We also have a Small Craft Advisory into the middle of the afternoon. 

The rain chances are next to nothing until late Tuesday into early Wednesday.  But then there's a better chance Thursday and Friday with much higher heat and humidity.  Hopefully it clears out by the weekend.  However, some computer models hint at scattered showers on Sunday.
