Construction Truck rolls over on its side on WB I-94

Construction truck rolled over on its side into a soft, gravel area and spilled gravel into lane 2 on WB I-94 at S 4TH ST.

DOT closed the 70th St on ramp until the tow comes. They are making the decision now on whether or not they will delay the tow until 3rd shift to avoid impeding traffic. Roads will remain open.
