MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Common Council is supporting a proposed ordinance banning food trucks on a stretch of National Avenue from Layton to 39th Street.
Alderman Bob Donovan, who sponsored the resolution, says there were complaints about increased traffic and food trucks taking up too many parking spaces.
Even though aldermen have approved it, Mayor Tom Barrett must sign off on it before it becomes an ordinance.
