WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- West Allis homeowners who turn their lawns into parking lots during the State Fair might have a harder time doing so next year.
The city has proposed making owners fix up their property before they can park cars there.
That measure is expected to be approved by the Common Council next Tuesday.
