Coast Guard Issues High Swim Risk in Two Local Counties

There is a small craft advisory in effect as well as a warning to swimmers about possible dangerous conditions.
Winds could be whipping up to 25 miles an hour creating waves up to five feet high.
The coast guard has issued a "high swim risk" in Sheboygan and Ozaukee counties until 11:00 PM.
