Co-sleeping legislation targets intoxicated guardians

MILWAUKEE -- As Milwaukee reached a saddening milestone of 16 co-sleeping deaths on December 1st, one state lawmaker is proposing legislation that would hold intoxicated guardians accountable.
State Representative Samantha Kerkman joined CBS 58 Morning News to discuss the proposed legislation and what impact it could have on future co-sleeping cases.
