Cleared: Wis 60 Reopened in Washington County Following Law Enforcement Incident

The Washington County Sheriffs Department have reopened Wis 60 in both directions near I-41 following a law enforcement incident.
It is still unclear what that incident was. Earlier the I-41 southbound ramp from Wis 60 is also closed due to this incident.
Wis 60 remained closed for several hours before reopening shortly after 7 a.m.
